Shipment and Processing Associate

Attaches censors to all new products, puts products out on floor and backstocks extra. Can fold and hang clothes quickly and neatly.
In charge of organizing new shipment boxes in the backroom for teammates to take out to the floor. Help shipment managers sort through lingerie/apparel/accessory boxes for other teammates to censor.
Reorganize store layout based on new merchandise, work both independently and in a team to complete floorsets. Change hardware, color schemes, product placement and more to create a new look to store.

Hostess

Meet guests at the front with friendly greeting. Seat guests in an organized fashion, distributed evenly and in a timely manner amongst servers.
Bus tables as guests leave, help servers keep their stations clean and run dishes through the dishwasher.
Handle all to-go orders, cash out customers through the POS system and bag up takeout with utensils and condiments. Handle all Grubhub, Doordash and Postmates orders.

Receptionist

Receptionist in charge of managing the front desk area, greeting visitors, answering phones and completing meal ticket sales.
Provide friendly welcome to newcomers and regular visitors.
Type up documents and enter invoices into Sage 50 computer program.

Waitress

Provide food, drinks, soups and desserts to 100+ guests while making sure their experience is satisfactory.
Run food, bus tables and complete back of the house restocking.
Train new employees in wait staff. Good leadership skills but can also work well with others.
Earned both “Positively Optimistic” and “Rising Star” awards as well as written appraisal from several residents.
